June/July 2025 Club Release: Fresh Flavors, Familiar Charm with Two NEW Wines
With the long days of summer stretching out before us, we’re delighted to bring you two vibrant new wines that capture the warmth, beauty, and laid-back pleasure of life at the farm this time of year. Whether you’re packing a picnic, hosting a backyard dinner, or simply winding down after a sunny afternoon, this club release is designed to meet the moment.
NEW Sumerduck Rosé: A rosé should be the color of your lover’s lips and just as exciting and delicious. This semi-sweet rosé is bursting with notes of ripe strawberry, watermelon, and cherry blossom, balanced by a citrusy zip and a clean, light finish. Though the grapes and blend shift with each vintage, the heart of Sumerduck Rosé remains the same—an approachable, fruit-forward wine that captures the joy of each season and the character of our Virginia farm. This release continues that legacy with a playful, polished profile designed to delight both long-time fans and first-time tasters.
NEW Virginia White: This blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Petit Manseng opens with a bright, fragrant bouquet of honeysuckle, ripe pear, and white peach, accented by hints of citrus zest and a delicate floral lift. On the palate, it strikes a beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity, offering flavors of golden apple, juicy apricot, and a touch of tropical pineapple. The Chardonnay brings a smooth, rounded texture, Pinot Gris adds crispness and orchard fruit character, while Petit Manseng contributes luscious sweetness and a lingering finish with a whisper of honey.
Pick-Up and Tasting Room Updates
Both wines will be available beginning Saturday, June 7 for club pick-up. Stop by the tasting room for a complimentary tasting and a bit of summer cheer—we’d love to hear what you think of these new additions.
