2024 Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc has always held a special place in Virginia’s wine landscape—and in our hearts. Our latest release shows why. Elegant and lifted, with aromas of black cherry, violet, and cracked pepper, this medium-bodied red offers layers of red currant, plum, and a touch of cedar on the palate. The tannins are refined and smooth, giving it enough structure to pair beautifully with grilled meats or aged cheeses, yet soft enough to enjoy on its own. A cool hint of herbal spice lingers on the finish, making it a perfect transitional wine as the nights grow cooler and longer.
2024 Select Red
This bold, balanced blend of 50% Chambourcin, 37% Petit Verdot, and 13% Cabernet Franc is a celebration of both innovation and tradition. Each varietal contributes something special: Chambourcin brings juicy, dark berry fruit and a hint of spice; Petit Verdot adds deep color, structure, and floral aromatics; and Cabernet Franc ties it all together with elegance and lift. The result is a wine that’s both approachable and complex, with notes of blackberry, plum, baking spice, and mocha unfolding into a smooth, lingering finish. It’s a versatile companion for everything from smoky barbecue to quiet evenings with a good book.
